14th May 2016 — Andrew Donovan has been appointed to the Enertechnos advisory board joining Dr Donald Weir, Jim Barry, Ian Welch and Dr Nick Goddard.
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than twenty years’ experience advising on M&A and capital-raising transactions in the renewable energy and wider utilities and infrastructure sectors. Andrew led Evercore’s renewable energy advisory activities for a number of years before leaving recently to set up his own renewables-focused advisory firm.
